VantaFitness offers fitness coaching, digital training products, and educational content through www.vantafitness.com. These services are intended for individuals seeking personal fitness guidance. By using our site or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian.
Our coaching programs are designed to guide clients through custom fitness and nutrition protocols. All coaching plans are educational and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult your physician before beginning a new program.
Once a coaching plan is delivered or initiated, it is considered rendered. No refunds will be issued once coaching begins.
Some coaching plans may be offered as subscriptions (e.g., $99/month). Subscription billing occurs automatically every 30 days unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at support@vantafitness.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.
All digital products (eBooks, downloadable programs, etc.) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital access, no exceptions will be made once the product has been purchased and delivered.
Once apparel or equipment becomes available, returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Coaching: Cancel within 24 hours prior to onboarding for a full refund (minus a 5% processing fee).
Digital Products: No refunds once purchased.
Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; service continues until the billing cycle ends. No partial refunds.
Physical Products (when available): Refunds only after approved returns of unused items.
All content, branding, materials, logos, and programs are the intellectual property of VantaFitness LLC. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce any materials without express written permission.
Testimonials and transformation images are used with permission. Individual results may vary. VantaFitness makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.
VantaFitness LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from use of our coaching, programs, or website content. Participation is at your own risk.
VantaFitness LLC and its coaches, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives are not licensed medical care providers and represent that they have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.
All fitness programs, advice, and materials provided by VantaFitness LLC are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Participation in any exercise program, including but not limited to strength training, cardiovascular exercise, stretching, and nutrition plans, carries an inherent risk of physical injury.
By participating in any program offered by VantaFitness LLC, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities. You expressly agree that your participation is at your sole risk.
You should consult a physician or other health care professional before beginning any fitness program, particularly if you have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, chest pain, joint or bone conditions, or if you are pregnant.
By using our programs and services, you acknowledge and agree that:
VantaFitness LLC is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from your participation in any program.
You assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses you may incur, and you expressly waive and release any claim you may have against VantaFitness LLC and its affiliates.
You are solely responsible for your personal health, fitness, and safety.
If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately and seek medical attention.
